Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Call +91 60368 55860 or email [email protected] with the order number.

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Chandra Kitchen Studio is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

Will it stay outside through the monsoon?
Each listing states the frame and seat material. Powder-coated steel and HDPE cope with rain; untreated wood and fabric slings last longer if brought in or covered. We do not claim any piece is weatherproof beyond what the supplier stated.

What weight will a chair take?
Where the supplier gave a load figure the listing prints it. Where we have no figure we leave it out rather than guess.

Does it arrive assembled?
Most folding pieces arrive ready to use. Dining sets and tables usually need assembly with the fittings supplied, and the listing says which.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
